I acknowledge that my booking information, such as, the itinerary, traveler's names, phone number, email address, billing address, credit card payment information and delivery information are accurate.
I agree to pay the total airfare and delivery fee for my ticket(s) booking .A valid credit card must be used at the time the fare is reserved, otherwise tickets cannot be delivered or issued.
A name change is not permitted once a reservation has been confirmed. All reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person(s) traveling - no nicknames. For international travel the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler's passport. Once reservations have been made and you have provided payment information, your reservation CANNOT be changed without large penalties, which may be $250 CAD or more (IF a change can be made at all) and further may be completely NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RE-ROUTABLE. Some tickets are completely NON-CHANGEABLE. If a ticket can be changed, the request must be made at least ten (10) business days prior to the original departure date.
Once the first departure date has passed, unused tickets have no value.
Tickets are normally NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RE-ROUTABLE, NON-CHANGEABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Wholly unused tickets have NO VALUE after the original departure date. Please send us email to ask our agents
Ticket changes will incur penalty and/or increased fare. View the airlines' penalty and rules.
In addition to the airlines' penalty, FlyGreatChina will charges C$75 per ticket processing fee if you want to cancel it on next day.
We will send E-ticket to you through Email. Please check your E ticket ASAP. If we don't get your feedback about your E-ticket within 48 hours, we'll suppose that E-ticket has no problem. After 48 hours, if you want to change name, change itinerary or date, you have to pay penalty, fare difference and change fees, etc
If you book tickets online and cancel the booking at same day, our office will charge you $50cad for each person as our administration fee.
Schedules and fares are subject to change without notice, so please reconfirmation before departure dates.
Airfares and reservations are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. If for any reason, such as problems with credit cards, ticketing is delayed, the quoted fare may change. In case of any fare change, our agents will contact you before issuing the tickets. Please be sure you have entered all information correctly, to avoid unnecessary delay.
All returning passengers are required to reconfirm their flight 7 working days before departure. Reconfirm each of your flights with the airline at least 72 hours in advance, even if the airline tells you that reconfirmation is not required. If the airline doesn't hear from you by 72 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight, they are entitled to cancel your reservations, without compensation, and give your seat to someone else.
Each passenger is responsible to obtain the proper travel documents prior to purchasing airline tickets. Please contact the destination country's consulate for details.
Our agents reserve the right not to issue tickets. This includes if a booking is flagged by our security department. This also includes but is not limited to, phone numbers that cannot be validated and travel that does not originate from or is destined for Canada.
Our company, FlyGreatChina e-Travel, liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for services. We cannot be held liable for purchases made outside of our website even if these purchases or attempted purchases relate to bookings that were made or attempted on this website.
